We hope everyone is staying dry, healthy, and safe on this Monday morning!! As our community knows, the health and safety of our clients and staff are a priority for our small business, especially now in these unprecedented times. In an effort to do our part within our community to help 'flatten the curve' and protect our clients and staff, and due to the extended filing and payment deadline issued by the IRS, we are implementing a few things in our office.
-First and foremost, we do encourage everyone to refrain from visiting our office or anywhere else if you are feeling sick (regardless of the type of sickness), running a fever, or have been exposed to anyone who is showing symptoms of any type of sickness.
-We will be returning to our regular year-round schedule/hours, effective immediately. We will be open Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 1:00pm, Saturday and Sunday Closed. If you already have an appointment scheduled outside of these hours, we will be honoring those appointments, unless you would prefer to reschedule.
-We will be offering services we do not normally advertise. For example, we can receive tax return documents via email or fax. If you are unable email or fax documents, physical documents can be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the mailbox beside our office door, or documents can be mailed to us. We will prepare the return, contact you via phone or email with any questions and when the return is complete, will be happy to review the return in detail via telephone and/or video call, and can mail copies of the return and pertinent signature documents via US Mail.
Please feel free to call our office, chat through our website, email us, or message us through any of our social media channels for more information or with any questions. We look forward to continuing to serve our community and doing our part to help our community make it through this hard time.
